1. Communication Platform Only (Zero-Commission Policy) 'Share Taxi Go' is strictly a technology-based communication platform and operates as a digital directory. We do not provide transportation services, we do not employ drivers, we do not own any vehicles, and we take ZERO commission from the rides. Our sole purpose is to connect verified Drivers, Customers, and Travel Agents on a single platform.
2. Safety & Document Verification For the safety of our community, all Customers, Drivers, and Agents are verified via Mobile OTP and Email.
For Drivers: We collect and review their Driving License (DL) and Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) during profile creation. Access to publish rides is granted ONLY after we verify that the RC belongs to a Commercial Vehicle (Yellow Plate).
For Agents: Government-issued IDs are collected for identity and business verification. Private (white plate) vehicles are strictly prohibited from offering rides on our platform.
3. Verification of Legal Permits While Share Taxi Go manually verifies the commercial status of the vehicle during onboarding, the platform does not continuously monitor the real-time validity of commercial permits (T-permits), vehicle insurance, or route authorizations. It is the absolute responsibility of the Customer and the Agent to physically verify the Driver's identity, vehicle documents, and legal permits before boarding the vehicle.
4. Driver's Declaration By registering and using this platform, Drivers legally declare that they possess a valid commercial driving license, active yellow plate vehicle registration, and all lawful permits required by local transport authorities (RTO) to operate commercial share-taxis. Any driver found violating transport laws will be immediately and permanently banned from the platform.
5. Zero Liability & Indemnity Disclaimer The 'Share Taxi Go' platform, its parent agency 'Go Happy Journey', its owners, and its developers bear ZERO liability for any accidents, legal disputes, permit violations, financial losses, loss of luggage, or criminal acts that may occur during a journey. All ride negotiations, travel arrangements, and journeys are strictly at the personal risk of the involved parties (Drivers, Customers, and Agents). We act only as a bridge for communication.
Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use Share Taxi Go after any changes, you agree to accept the modified terms.
